    The VELUX Stiftung supports our ERNA project within its Healthy Ageing funding line. Thanks to this funding, we strengthen person-centred collaboration between family members and staff in long-term care facilities.

    This support enables us to test practice-based research approaches that contribute to long-term improvements in care quality in long-term care.

    Through the PAPA project, long-term care facilities are supported in applying knowledge in everyday practice and further developing person-centred care — guided by the motto “From knowledge to action.”
    The LORE Research Group supports long-term care facilities in taking a leadership role in nursing development, similar to university hospitals.
    Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs) with a dual profile as researchers and APN-CH clinical experts drive person-centred care development in long-term care.
